Payouts

- Payment Periods
Our payment periods are 1-15 and 16-end of each month. Payment periods close at 00hrs on 1st and 16th of every month. We process payments during 5 business days after closing payperiod. All webmasters get their payments during these paydates. We guarantee that you will be paid in 5 business days of each period stated above if your earnings have reached the minimal amount to pay (see Payout Methods to learn more about minimal amounts to pay for each method).
Payouts are processing for a closed payment period. For example, payments made in period started at July 1th are processed for June 16th-30th; while payments made in period started at January 16th are processed for January 1st-15th.
If the minimal payment amount to pay is not reached till the end of a payperiod, full amount on your account is carried over to the following payperiod until you reach the minimal amount to pay.

Payment Information
Your payment information for current payout is stored and becomes unchangable on the first day of payment processing period (1th and 16st of each month). All changes made after this date will affect next payout only.
For example, if you decided to switch payout method from wire transfer to epassporte and did it at May 1th - it will be sent by wire transfer according to bank information you provided us with before May 1th. The same is for the minimal amount to pay. If you change it before the payment processing is started - it affects scheduled payout. If you do it after beginning of the payment processig - it affects the next payout only.
Once payment processing is started all scheduled payouts change their "Paid" status in payment history from NO to PND (pending). After payments have been processed status changes to YES. This means that the payment has been sent to you already and you will receive it as soon as transfer is finished.
If you do not provide us with payment information or the payment information provided by you is incorrect your payouts will not be processed until you provide us with correct payment information. Your earnings will be carried over and accumulate until your payment information has been filled in correctly.

Payout Methods
You may choose between payout methods listed below:
- Wire Transfer. Money transfer to your bank account. Delivery fee: $20. Minimal amount to pay: $120 (including delivery fee). If you have accumulated $800 and more delivery is free.
Please be awared we do not send wire transfers if your bank information contains wording like "for ID smth." or likewise. We also will not send wire transfers if you use bank account with foreign business name like any financial services.
Please choose another payout method in this case.
- Epassporte. Money transfer to your epassporte account. Delivery fee: $2. Minimal amount to pay: $100.
- Fethard. Money transfer to your Fethard account. Delivery fee: free. Minimal amount to pay: $100.

Advertising

- Absolute Disallowances
We absolutely do not tolerate the following:
- Fraudulent activity (using exploites or spyware)
- Spam
- Child porn
- Rape
- Bestiality
- Copyright violation
- Any other illegal activity
Once we reveal your illegal actions in any relation to our program your account will be immediately terminated, information about your illegal activity will be shared with our friendly affiliate programs and related organisations for black-list puproses, legal actions will be taken against you by proper authorities. No apologies. No exclusions. No excusions. Period.

- Traffic
You are allowed to send traffic any way you want. Banners, blind clicks, consoles, etc. are allowed. We do not apply any minimum or maximum traffic limitations. You may send us as much traffic as you feel suitable. We also do not mind your traffic quality. You may send us only those surfers you are not able to convert with other programs - we accept them and convert them for you.
It is your decision - just get some additional income from previously unusable traffic or send us some countries with good payouts and get much more income.

- Promotion
We allow to advertise our sites on any type of resources. Please just learn the limitations described below:
- We do not allow to promise users more or different content than placed on the presented site.
- We do not allow usage of our sites in any matter or relation as a necessary condition for obtaining access to any other web resource.
- We do not allow telling users something that may make them think that by signing up to our sites they will get something else except for what we exactly declared, including but not limited to: access to other sites, any goods or services, information, etc.
- You are not allowed to violate any third-party resources rules in relation to promotion of our sites.
- You must send users to our site's main page. We do not allow sending users to any other page of our site except the main page.
Violation of rules mentioned above results in immediate termination of your account.

- Promotional Materials
We provide you with various promotional materials. However, you are allowed to apply modifications to them or even make your own promotional materials if you feel necessary. All materials you modify or make should comply with our promotion terms. You may ask us for photos and other content needed to make your own promotions. All content given to you for promotional materials creation purposes must be used in this and only this way.
You must use our existing and your own self-made/modified promotion materials to promote only the sites they are meant for. You are not allowed to use them for any other purposes.
Infringement of our promotional materials usage rules will result in immediate termination of your account.

- Banners Usage
You must use our banners strictly for promoting sites they are meant for. Any other usage is strictly restricted and will result in immediate termination of your account upon discovering.

- Free Content Usage
We do not provide free content for promotion. You are prohibited to use any of participating programs free content for promotion PayCallNet.com sites without prior permission from participating program, although you can add PayCallNet.com banners to any regular advertising of participating program. Violators of this rule will be banned from our program without being paid.

Legal Statement
Signing up to our program you automatically confirm that you have read and understood all terms and conditions and agreed to them. You state that present terms including all possible changes is the only document that regulates your relations with our program. Any other agreements, either oral or written, not reflected in these terms apply no legal obligations to our program.
